In Oregon I hit some debris on the hard shoulder and nicked the back tyre. Replaced it as a precaution. Ordered it on Amazon and got it delivered to a coffee shop further down the road.
Put in puncture tape, but despite the advice of not letting it overlap when fitting it, I did so. It chewed through the inner tube on the back wheel and created a slow leak. My own fault, not the road's.
After 2,700 miles replaced chain (stretched to 0.75) in Pittsburgh, KS

Apart from giving away the Volterol to another rider with shoulder pains, I didn't need to touch the first aid box.
Smoke Bombs:

This is when a stupid pickup driver feeds the engine a heavy mixture of air and diesel, which then spews out black smoke, hopefully annoying the cyclists. However, in my case, the wind was always from the right, so no problem. This happened once in Oregon and once in Virginia.

Worn-out cycling gloves replaced in Breckenridge, CO
Replaced the cleats on my sandals in Dublin, VA. I have continuosly worn them for 65 days and they no longe clicked in properly.
One of the inner sleeves of the tent poles came loose. Used superglue to fix it in place.
The rest of my equipment looks as good as new.
